If you have an issue with your Primo Grill, please fill out the form below and attach up to two photos. If you are filing a claim related to your firebox, please also include one clear photo of the charcoal grate. The photo should clearly show the issue described in the comments section below. We review and respond to warranty claims during normal business hours.
